Republic of Transvartia

Republic of Transvartia is a quasi-country I've created several years ago as a background for a series of stories which I've never finished. These stories were about groups of armed resistance in eastern Greater Poland, defending their homeland against elements of Northern Group of Forces (Soviet Army in Poland) which refused to retreat from Poland and claimed they are going to "defend" their "sphere of influence", believing they are the only legal successors of the USSR. Details were still in flux when I left the story - I think it simply overwhelmed me.

It's not any sort of breakaway republic like Kosovo or Transnistria (which inspired its name), but rather a possible successor of Polish state if Poland was to loose. Transvartia would continue to exist until outside help could be achieved. It's borders were first marked by river Warta (from which it took its name), where NGF was forced to halt its assault due to lack of resources and surprisingly strong resistance, and Odra, and when elements of NGF which did not want to fight left Silesia, its south-eastern borders overlaped the borders of Poland.

I may drop two or three models of vehicles which were to appear in the story.

EDIT: I've moved this to scraps, because over time my concept of Transvartia has changed: now it's a collective name for all the areas that I consider mine (e.g. I grew up there), which roughly correspond to Kalisz, Turek and Konin Counties, with the river Warta being the eastern border (and probably the only fixed one, all the others are rather fluid).
