Back from the 7-day trip to London. I have some military, landscape and architecture photos, but first I have to select them, throw away the blurred ones, enlight those too dark and darken those too bright. I'll do it tomorrow, if possible.
I was in Imperial War Museum twice, once for photos, the second for some souvenires. I had too much pounds, but it would be uneconomic to exchange them back to PLN. So I decided to buy two or three models instead of planned one. I've chosen the Revell's 1:2000 USS Enterprise aircraft carrier. I couldn't, however, decide for the second model. When my dad was there with the group (we were on the camp, but could travel independently with sister) he bought me Matilda Hedgehog, so the choice was limited. Finally I decided to do this way: I went out of the shop, closed by eyes, spinned twice and thought "Well, I'll buy the model of the first vehicle I'll see". Opening my eyes I saw the big Jagdpanther tank destroyer standing on the exhibition. There was a nice, 1:76 Revell's model of this vehicle, so I bought it. And couldn't resist to place it on the original Jagdpanther
Another models from the trip are: 1:100 Revell's Fokker Dr.I, F-117 and AH-64 Apache, 1:76 Airfix's Matilda Hedgehog, 1:2000 Italeri's USS Enterpire and two metal models: Ju-87G and T-34.
